THOMAS FELLOWS OF COLORADO PED PATROL lies to everyone for months about taking their goods & money that they send him to give to the homeless – He says he’s going to donate it to them, help them, & interview them – He ends up not doing anything at all. He also tells everyone fantasy stories about how he’s going to have survivors come up on his channel so they can tell their stories. He actually blew a girl off – TWICE – after they had it set up & planned out, so she had to go on another YouTube channel to tell her story, and Thaaa never followed through on anything he said he was going to do. Thaaa then of course ends up doing what we all now know is his SOP – Getting survivors to trust him with their stories in private so that he can use the information to hurt them & put them in danger later if they ever leave the CPP Cult.

CASE UPDATE : LIVE CATCH ON JUNE 11, 2022 JOSEPH HAWES / GEORGE PAUL DAVIS AURORA CASE : 2022-23505 “I have had several cases involving CPP and have dealt with [CAPTAIN] in the past. Due to having talked to [CAPTAIN] in the past, I still had his email address. I sent an email to [CAPTAIN] asking for the video of when they contacted Joseph and Joseph admitting to everything that occurred...I still have not heard back from [CAPTAIN]. I did attempt to contact [COOLEY], who was the decoy in this incident. I was not able to reach [COOLEY] but I did leave him a message asking that he call me back... I still have not hear from anyone from the CPP... I have made several attempts to contact several parties with the CPP and have not received any calls or email back from an one. I have had several cases involving CPP in each case I have repeatedly asked for evidence that they have stated that they are in possession of, they have failed to provide that evidence. CPP records all of their contacts with the suspects and posts those contacts on their YouTube channel. It appears that CPP is more concerned about increasing followers on their channel than actually helping law enforcement and assisting in the prosecution of the subjects they contact. This case will be inactivated...." Since the Colorado Ped Patrol team won’t supply their supporters with this information, I have done it for you. COLORADO PED PARTROL CASE UPDATE : LIVE CATCH ON 8/25/23 westminster case #2023-16907 "I reviewed the case file and the information provided by Thomas. In the information sent there was an audio file but it was unplayable. From previous cases involving Colorado Ped Patrol, Thomas Fellows has been repeatedly asked to ensure he provides the raw video file of his contact with the suspects. Fellows failed to provide the video footage... On 12/11/2023 I emailed Fellows requesting a copy of the audio messages left by *suspect* in an effort to get further context to his conversations with the decoy. Fellows responded by stating he had already provided the materials requested but stating he would provide them again. On 12/12/2023 I received digital evidence from Fellows which was once again incomplete and did not contain any new or additional information... Based on previous complaints submitted by Fellows he has been well informed on the requirements necessary to proceed with an investigation Fellows has repeatedly failed to provide full and detailed records that are required to meet a prosecution standard.
